- Dublin Historic Park was given the Award of Excellence by the California Park & Recreation Society (CPRS). The award will be presented at this years CPRS conference in Long Beach this March.
- Malibu Legacy Park was awarded Project of Year for Region 9 by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Region 9 consists of all of California and is one of the largest regions in the country
- The Candlestick Point-Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II EIR was honored by the American Planning Association with the National Planning Acheivement Award for a Hard-Won Victory
- The City of Malibu's Legacy Park was awarded Outstanding Sustainability Project by the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Metropolitan Los Angeles Branch
- RHAA's Walnut Creek Library is officially LEED Gold Certified
- The Lennar Urban/IBI/RHAA team won a Gold Nugget Grand Award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference for Best "On the Boards'' Site Plan for the Hunters Point Shipyard Candlestick Point Redevelopment Project
- The California Preservation Foundation recently awarded RHAA for our work on San Francisco's Fort Mason Cultural Landscape Report, Part Two
