RHAA worked with Kaiser Permanente and SmithGroup JJR to develop a new medical campus in Dublin to serve the Tri Valley area. The new 40 acre site is being developed in 3 phases with the first phase consisting of a MOB medical building and a Cancer Specialty Center. Working closely with SmithGroup JJR and Sherwood Design Engineers, RHAA developed a concept that celebrates storm water conveyance as gardens. This not only connects the site to the historical geography, but it also provides a framework for a series of therapeutic and wellness garden rooms. These rooms allow physical activity, and exposes the users to nature. RHAA also designed new streetscape landscaping as part of this project.
