Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to Marketing Manager and the firm Principals assisting with various proposal and marketing projects and activities
  • Preparing proposals, correspondence, mailers and presentation materials
  • Developing new marketing project sheets, resumes and brochures
  • Maintaining a marketing database (experience with Cosential an advantage)
  • Maintaining digital inventory of photos, artwork and other electronic marketing files
  • Maintaining inventory of marketing materials and collateral


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • 2 years of marketing experience desired
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced/deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Optimal organizational skills

Experience within the Bay Area’s Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
