Tom has a solid and diverse design background, including extensive experience and passion for public space design.  His project experience includes regional sports parks, neighborhood and community parks, historic restoration, national park design, master planning, community outreach and sustainable design.  He has brought to each of his projects a comprehensive range of skills and abilities including project management, design, construction drawings, specification writing and construction administration.  Tom has traveled extensively throughout Western Europe, including living in Rome Italy, studying history, architecture and landscape architecture.  Originally from the Midwest Tom brings to the table a fresh and balanced perspective to California design.  Tom sees public participation, teamwork and sustainable practices as the foundation of a successful design.  This background provides him with the experience necessary to view projects from several perspectives and assist in an appropriate site specific design.
