Harold Kobayashi has practiced landscape architecture for the last forty years. As one of the driving forces behind RHAA's design excellence, Harold has led many of the firm's acclaimed projects for two decades. His areas of specialization are in park planning, athletic field planning, and the planning of civic centers and other community facilities. Harold has been instrumental in guiding these projects from conceptual design through preparation of contract documents, to completion of the implementation phase.
