A background in Architecture, experience in the federal parklands of the West, and a long standing interest in native plants combine to give Billy a variety of skills to apply to any project.  A licensed Landscape Architect since 2003, his experience has included many different project types, from corporate campuses to residential estates, wineries, botanical gardens, and large commercial projects overseas.  Most recently, Billy has managed projects at RHAA for various Bay Area community colleges and other public entities in a range of scales and phases from master planning to construction documentation.  He has also pursued an interest in the accurate translation of design ideas into built form, resulting in a strong technical background and an excellent working knowledge of construction methods.  He enjoys working with the construction trades and designs with an eye to how the materials will ultimately come together on the site.  Billy has an enthusiasm for his work and takes great pride in contributing to a high quality built project.
